Michael went above and beyond to help me. I took my laptop in there with a problem with the fan. They will even rent you a laptop for $35 while they're fixing your computer. I've never heard of that before. But I wound up buying one of his laptops instead of fixing mine because this was a much better one in much faster and mine was quite old already and I trusted Michael completely. I really don't understand these bad reviews. I guess time will tell but as of right now I would definitely go back there and I would recommend recommend Michael to all my friends. He did a great job.
