We bought a WD-9600 garage door from you in 6/2011 and had you install it. Today, 4/2/2015, we noticed two small areas along the bottom front of the door where the paint has come off the metal and the other where there is actual rust through the paint. We would like to know what we have to do before it gets worse. Thank you.
The company responded with "put Armor All on it". Nothing more.
We appealed to the manufacturer and within a few weeks the lower panel was replaced by a different local door company.
