Adam Fuchs arrived today to do Fall Preparation for our irrigation system. What a great guy; polite, competent, and willing to teach me about our system. I don't write a lot of reviews, but today's experience was exceptional. I hope that OSI recognized his talent as a technician and as a SUPERB representative of their company! Liz, in the office, is similarly professional and helpful. I have to say that I was quite impressed with both of these employees.
