Otumba park is one of two playground parks in Sturgeon Bay. It is the smallest park, but hosts a decent sized playground, large grassy areas, trees spread around the park, a sand volleyball court, a pavilion, and two tennis courts. The park is kept very clean, I've seen parks department trucks there as many as two times a week at points. This park also hosts the local YMCA Otumba Summer Camp that runs from 9 to 12pm on weekdays during the summer. The city also allows people to reserve out the pavilion for a day at a time.
Otumba Park is a nice park that has the basics of what should come out of a public park.
