Do not stay here! My mom is an insulin-dependent diabetic and when we requested a room, we asked for a refrigerator. She looked when we got in the room and it appeared that the fridge was plugged in, but apparently not as this morning the insulin was room temperature and ruined. That is over $200 worth of medicine lost and she is now without as we are traveling. The clerk was dismissive and acted as if it were my mom's fault that their fridge didn't work. He didn't refund the stay OR agree to cover the cost of replacing the insulin. We'll be contacting Better Business Bureau next. You and your family will be better off staying anywhere else but here.
