Highest prices around and very rude, unpleasant, and unhelpful staff. I had overpaid for a tool only to find out despite the high price, it was very poor quality. I tried returning the tool an hour later with the receipt on hand. As I walked back through the doors I noticed the same staff member I had the misfortune of dealing with the first time was glaring at me the same way he had the first time I came in. When I tried returning the item he told me that It had been used and he proceeded to accuse me of lying and "playing games." He knew that I had not used the item, he simply felt like he needed to treat me like garbage. My visit here was overall expensive, unpleasant, and even offensive. I have no idea why this guy is employed in a situation in which he has to interact with humans daily. I would rather not have a car at all than return here.
