I never had a chance to have him work on my son's teeth. Got a referral from my dentist. Waited a month to have insurance ok. Got a letter from his office saying insurance denied but I can pay the over $1,300 to have my son's teeth pulled. I called. They said they would resumbit to insurance then I could appeal. Waited 2 more months. Finally called to find out they are not in network. Called insurance company. They said his office pulled the request for insurance when they realized they weren't in network. Just left me hanging for 3 months. Now I have to start all over. I told them who my insurance carrier was when I first called. Did they think I was just going to pony up $1,300 on their say so? Really bad business ethics!
