Optimum Vitality

What a wonderful place! My aunt had a bad accident, and I wanted to get her some natural help while I was in town helping her get settled at home. I heard some great things about Optimum Vitality from my aunts friend, so I immediately got her an appointment. I felt totally comfortable with the knowledge of Dr. Teff and Vanessa, and I know when I go back home she will be in good hands. The therapies they're doing for her are really helping, and it's always such a relaxing experience. Definitely highly recommended.

Vanessa is so talented and great to work with! I have been going to Teff Chiropractic for over 10 years and I thought she made the transition so effortlessly! She has such a positive energetic spirit that shows through in the business. Vanessa is also an amazing yoga instructor. I have been practicing yoga on and off for over 6 years and I find Vanessa's classes to be the most beneficial.
