Oak Creek Dental Care LLC

I am not a patient here, unfortunately this practice was not in network with my insurance. I wanted to write this review though because the staff took the time to call me and inform me that they were not in-network and of the cost associated with an appointment. I recently had an eye exam, and the company did not inform me of this prior to the appointment and the exam cost over $150 out of pocket. I admit I should have checked with my insurance for this, but I feel it all the more speaks to the caring environment Oak Creek is likely to provide.
