Buses do not always meet up which is the entire point of a "transfer point" system. My early morning 22 misses the early morning 2 every single day! The 22 is often late in the afternoon, leaving people stranded for 30 minutes. I think it would be better if the transfer point was closer to Warner Park..this would put it closer to a grocery store, Walgreens, library, bank, hardware store, etc.
Buses should run every 10-15 minutes, not every 30-60. If they ran more frequently, I think people would ride them more often.
I generally feel safe at the North Transfer Point. Unfortunately, a lot of people smoke there even though it's not allowed. This keeps others out of the shelters in cold weather.
