I tried to have a problem evaluated and made an appointment. I showed up a few minutes early and was taken back to a room about 15 minutes after my appointment time. After waiting in the room for nearly 30 more minutes with no one coming in, I left. I let the assistants know I was leaving due to it being about 45 minutes from my appointment time with no one letting me know what was going on. Both of them just sort of shrugged it off like it was no problem. I realize that most of their patients are elderly and don't care if they sit and wait all day, but I made an appointment for a specific time because I have other responsibilities. I can't give a review of the doctors since I never saw one. As for the rest of the staff, they did not leave me with a good first impression.
