Very professional and wonderful !!!! Since 2002 we have used North Heights for our pets and they are VERY helpful and caring. Most recent, one of my house cats needed surgery and they did everything possible to make sure he came through fine. He is slowly returning to his old self and we couldn't be happier !!!!
