As a Madison Area business , we have been using Norris Linens for quite some time , the delivery guys have always been super helpful and nice. But if you want to for sure know your order got placed or talk to someone that won't happen with this business. They customer service is very inconsistent, and since they went down to a part time receptionist this company has not done well.
