Must get ALL agreements in writing if you deal with this place. Cindy Fennessey is a crook! I had a verbal agreement with them for a refund pending a court hearing if it turned my child couldn't attend. They agreed to hold her spot unless another child needed it. Unfortunately because I trusted them and had signed their agreement terms, when it turned out my child couldn't attend for reasons beyond my control, Cindy refused to give me back the $350 even though their service was never used. I don't feel it's right to take money from struggling parents especially after a verbal agreement saying they would refund me.
