A/C went out the first hot weekend in June. Was calling around like crazy trying to find someone who could come out, as my wife is pregnant and I have two small kids. I knew it would be tough to get service the same day and the other places I called were unable to come out, but were super nice, and even offered other places to call or would offer to come out as soon as they could. Called Neumann at the recommendation of another company, and was very rudely told "we are NOT accepting new clients, we are busy enough as it is." No other help was offered and I was made to feel like I was a problem for calling. If you don't have an account with Neumann already then don't waste your time. I have since been told by other people that they have had similar experiences.
