Bought an old mower from a friend. It needed a new blade. Tried to order one through these guys. Their customer service left much to be desired, probably because I didn't buy my mower from them. I did however buy a Toro snowblower from them. No complaints about the snowblower or how well they had it set up. Time will tell when I need to bring it back for its first service...
