At the end of March we paid Naturescape to aerate our lawn this Spring. We called 3 times between the End of April and May to try to confirm service. Every date they gave us would come and go with no phone call explaining why they didn't aerate our lawn. It is now almost June and we have yet to have our lawn serviced. Now I see why they charge less than their competitors...it's a 50 50 shot they'll actually show up to do the job you already paid them for!
