I wish my experience today was like last months brake purchase here! The guys even carried them to my car. This time I tried to buy my favorite STP cleaner and could not locate it. A man with the name Chris helped me and proceeded to offer me a sale priced cleaner. When I said I would like the STP he persisted on trying to sell me the other cleaner. He was being very stubborn and not listening on why I wanted STP. I know what I need! I think maybe he was a new worker there but I really wish he would have taken my opinions and feelings into consideration. I like NAPA but Chris did not make my experience very good this time.
