Morningside On the Green

It's an older complex, so don't get your hopes up. The appliances are definitely older but seem to do the trick. I have already made 2 maintenance calls and the first was handled promptly, the second was just made a few days ago, so we shall see. Walls are, of course, thin, and you can hear all the pipes but if it's just a roof you're looking for this place isn't the worst you could do. Also, you hear the interstate in the background at all times. Pool and fitness area seem decent, though there are random groups of kids running wild at times. Parking is the biggest issue for me, I guess. You only get a 1 car garage whether you have a 2br place or not, and people don't seem to park in their garage anyway unless the weather is nasty, so be prepared to walk a bit to your car if you aren't parking in your garage. The garages themselves are tightly packed, be VERY careful backing out, I've almost been hit twice by people going too fast through the garage areas. And since they're manual you have to get in and out to close the doors, definitely a hassle! But, again, they take pretty big dogs and they're just a standard apartment complex, nothing fancy, so I'd say it's not a bad place to live.
