Gonna' try to be as concise as possible with this review. I visited this shop just recently for a cute style that I seen. Here's my review: 1) I left out of the shop with a total different hairstyle than what I had shown. 2) Before the owner started on my hair, she had "just" finished her lunch. She did not wash her hands, but proceeded to grab and separate the hair and began to braid my hair. (Nasty) 3) When she started braiding, I told her that I didn't want the braids as skinny as she was braiding them and she told me not to worry. (I should have worried) 4) She tied my hair in a side pony tail with a "rubber band" and proceeded to PULL my hair out of the tied ponytail each time she was ready to start another braid. (I ended that after I noticed what she was doing was literally yanking, probably tearing my hair from the rubber banded pony tail) 5) She literally grabbed every edge both in the front and the bank that I have ever owned. (Unprofessional) If anyone should treat your hair with the utmost care, it should be your hairstylist or just hairstylists in general. They should know what is healthy for the hair and what's not and not just assume that everyone who walks through the door don't take care their hair hence the reason they're getting braids; so you're just going to be wreckless. (Nah) I literally had to pry my edges out of a tiny knot of weave for every braid, and it simply was no fun. I hope I didn't miss anything. That's all I have for now.
Very professional. I feel at home while I’m there.
