Monterrey Smoke House

First few times I came here I just thought it was a small neighborhood bar with amazing wings. Don't get me wrong, their wings are amazing and the first time I decided to come here for a dine in experience I was really disappointed. We arrived and there was only two other tables that were seated besides us and what looked like two servers. We were seated by the window and given water in red solo cups (unconventional but I didn't really mind). We were given a menu and I decided to order the catfish and my girlfriend got the gumbo. The lady took our order and then we proceeded to wait for our food. During this time, two tables came in, got seated and got their food before we did. Within an hour of waiting, our waitress came back and read our order back to us to confirm our order. At this point I realized that she forgot about us and never put our order in, and instead of apologizing she just went off back to the kitchen . I decided just to walk out with my girlfriend at this point and told her that we didn't want our food anymore. Really unpleasant experience and wait staff were too busy chatting with other customers to attend to us, even though we got there before other tables. It was disheartening to see other tables get their food, eat and leave before we did. Won't come back here again. Only giving it two stars since their wings are probably the best in the city.
