Monona Bank

Just bought a home with my girlfriend and we decided to open a new joint account and decided we would use Monona State Bank because we both work right across the street. We decided to go in on Saturday to open our account or at least speak with someone. We walked in and stood in the lobby waiting for someone to speak with us. There were two personal bankers In offices nearby. When one walked out we asked if we could speak with someone and we were given a very condescending sneer about how we can't just show up on a Saturday and expect someone to see us with no appointment and that when she was done with her client if she had time she would try to talk to us. Additionally before this even happened we stood in the lobby for close to 6 or 7 minutes and we're never greeted by anyone in the bank. Very discouraged we finally just left and drove down the street to Summit Credit Union where the moment we walked in the door we were greeted by multiple different people and offered cups of coffee and were able to sit down and talk with a personal banker immediately. We were made to feel very welcome here.
