Mister Car Wash

Not a single employee made eye contact with me or spike to me, including the person who checked me out while talking to two other people who may have been coworkers. No one even signaled to me that my car was done or took my claim ticket. Very odd experience and don't plan to relive it again any time soon.

Fantastic customer service, all staff are all smiles. You can legitimately tell they like their jobs and they get in every nook and cranny spic and span!

I️ have been coming to this location for over 25 years when it was Octopus Car wash. They were always extremely good, very busy with good service prices and coupons. Now that they have changed to Mr Car Wash they are the worst full service car wash in Madison. They are extremely slow, their prices have gone up and they don’t accept coupons. They are barely busy at all. Today the guy outside asking what kind of wash you want is also the cashier because they can’t hire enough help. I️ wanted to get my car detailed but it was going to take at least an hour to get it in because there was only one detailer, there used to be four. After sitting here and listening to other people complain I witnessed a lady tried to buy two reading cards but the employee that she had to track down couldn’t even bring them up because he didn’t know how to use the cash register. In addition one other person while I was there and their keys locked in their car by the employees and it took a half hour for a locksmith to come and unlock their vehicle for them. They said that they would never come back. It’s a shame this used to be a good business. This was my last trip to Mr. car wash
