I’ve used this Amtrak station numerous times to catch the Hiawatha to Chicago and have no complaints. The station is clean and well-maintained. While there is no staff at this location, tickets can be purchased from a kiosk. Parking rates are reasonable and I’ve never had a problem finding a parking spot. If you are going to this location for the first time, either use a GPS or give yourself some extra time, since the signage is difficult to follow.
