Worst dining experience of my life and I’m
not exaggerating. We walked into the restaurant and waited for at least 10 minutes before seeing a single server on the floor — had to actively search for employees in order to be seated for our reservation. Waiters were not discrete in displaying their irritation when we asked to move tables — in fact two complained to us directly — despite the fact there were fewer than 5 other parties dining at the time. Other tables throughout the restaurant had not been cleared and it looked as if food had been sitting out for a while. Very unhelpful staff, service was ridiculously slow. We waited an hour for our food and when it arrived it was barely lukewarm. My dish was served in a cast iron skillet that was completely cold to the touch. No one asked how our food was even though the manager was on the floor the entire time — don’t know how she got that job when she clearly has no standards for operating a restaurant! I would say they were having an off day, but “off” relative to what I’m not sure. One star is generous — you would have to literally pay me twice the cost of my meal to return.
