Great and quiet place to live. Bus line is around the corner and down the block. Close to two parks and Lake Mendota. There are two schools within walking distance (a few blocks) if you have kids. Great price for a 2 bedroom apt. If you get into one of the 4plexes it's even quieter. Good neighbors on both sides of the streets and area. Walgreens and CVS just a few minutes walking. Two Laundromats within 2-3 blocks too if you don't get your own laundry machines. You don't have to shovel, salt, or even clean the stairwells as they do it all (of course you should be courteous and keep it clean anyways). Rent is a bargain at these apartments considering all the above and that it's Madison west side.
