Middleton Construction Inc

I am a home owner in Marshall Wisconsin they did the drive way next door they woke us up about 7 am very noisy and very rude and I think illegally done no permit on property . And looks like a cheap ass job dont think it will make it thru the winter with out cracking and breaking up .

I'm a home owner next to a site that Middleton Construction, Inc has been a sub contractor on since October of 2010. We have had many occasions where they have started well before 7 am which is against the law in the city of Milwaukee. Four separate times I walked over to the lead supervisor and asked him to shut their equipment down and wait until 7 am and every time I went over there I was responded to with a rude response, like "Deal with it there is nothing you can do about it" and even told once that I'm "acting like I own the neighborhood", I LIVE AND PAY TAXES IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD!!!! I've also had many conversations with the president of the general contracting company and have been working with them to dissolve this problem, though it's gotten better it's not completely fixed. If you are looking to sub contract this construction company and the project is in a residential site, move onto the next company. The people and owner of Middleton Construction can not and will not treat the residents with respect and does not follow the statues that are put on them by the city of Milwaukee. Maybe in Arlington WI they are above the law but in Milwaukee I expect them to abide by it.
