I recently sold a car to a friend, but we couldn't remove the rear license plate to replace it due to rusted mounting bolts.
Aleks at Midas told us to bring it in, and he ended up putting a lot of effort into getting the bolts out, since they were frozen solid with rust.
He finally got them out, mounted the new plate, but didn't charge me a cent.
