I have had this appointment for a month... Referred for a consult for possible surgery. I arrived and while in the waiting room I observed a nurse come out and ask a patient's daughter about the mother's allergies. Another woman spoke up and said she thought the nurse was meaning to ask her and not this other woman. That was strike one.
I get called back to the room and the chair is wet. The nurse says, "Let me dry that off for you". She wipes it down. Not a big deal, but makes me wonder why the cleaning agent wasn't wiped up before I was called back. Noteworthy, but not a strike.
I sit in the chair and I am handed a consent form for surgery and anasteaziha. I inform the nurse that I'm not there for surgery and she tells me , "That is for next time." What next time? I am hear for a surgeon to weigh in on my tooth condition. This is strike two.
The nurse tells me I need x-rays. I inform her that I had x-rays last month and they should have been sent over by my dentist in Lancaster. She tells me that they weren't sent and, "We'll just take x-rays". I tell her to call Lancaster and have them send over last month's x-rays. She leaves and returned a minute later informing me that Lancaster didn't answer their phone so they will just take x-rays. Strike three.
I left. This was my first experience with them and my last.
