The Ellsworth Wis McDonald's is the worst one I have ever been to. Chicken sandwich one visit had a chicken strip on it instead of Patty. Another visit really over recycled french fries . Another time asked for sandwich with tomato. No tomato was on it. 3 strikes your out for me.
