McDonald's

They lost our order and though I was standing in front, no one noticed I had been there a long time. I was trying to control my hungry traveling family through our potty break. By the time I asked about our order, it was over 20 minutes, and when the asked for my receipt, they started to re make it, they then lost the receipt and had to ask me about what I ordered again. I asked for a manager and they just sent the young kid back with ice cream coupons. Horrible customer service.
