At first Jeff Mau was an excellent agent. He made promises which he came up short on all of them. On the day of closing buyers backed out and never got a call from Jeff explaining this. He won't email, call or text me with details. Since this was a low commission sale he took my place off market with no communication with me. I've bought and sold over 60 homes, this is by far my worst experience with an agent.
