They will only offer you a pontoon and tell you thatit is the only thing available and they recommend it even if you specifically request a different boat. The manager literally told me over the phone to give the driver a good tip not like $20. They are very unprofessional and dont care to meet customers needs. go somewhere else. They also want 25 an hr for a driver. Other places only charge 10. Bad service and rip off

My spouse and I have been trying to reserve a boat for a week now. We want to rent one of their Monterey speed boats. Every time we speak to the manager, she is adamant that we need a pontoon! We don't want a pontoon! I don't know how many times my spouse has told her that and she still insists on giving us a pontoon when he made his inquires clear. I called to make a reservation and this lady said she will call me back. She called me back and asked me for my information regarding date and time and the number of our party. I told her from the beginning: I want a Monterrey speed boat for this date and time. She told me, "okay, honey, so you are getting a pontoon". I took my money elsewhere and reserved the speed boat we wanted! This place needs to listen to what the customers want!
