Outstanding customer service and response time! After having a couple issues with windows and service, we were almost immediately contacted by the owner, Adam. In addition to responses to a Google review, he responded promptly to a phone message as well addressing our concerns. The issues with the windows are taken care of and what made this experience way above what was expected, was when the service technician came to personally apologize for walking through the house with boots on and tracking snow throughout the house. This was so greatly appreciated and clearly demonstrates the Lindus commitment to quality and satisfaction. I hired Lindus to install LeafGuard gutters and replace two 40 year old wood windows with their SeasonGuard windows. The crews were on time and did a great job installing, cleaning up and communicating. I would definitely hire them again for future projects!!
