A La Brasa

Food was just ok. Lost my appetite even more when I saw someone blow his nose on his shirt and proceeded to eat his food. The part that I didn't appreciate was when the server/owner tacked an additional fee to the bill because we paid with a credit card. He didn't even tell us which was pretty sketchy. If this was a cash only place, please tell us so we can pay with cash. DON'T tack on fees without us knowing. NOT COOL!
