Kwik Trip #135

Employee sold me wrong product and wouldn't return it or exchange for the correct product. This is while I was in line and she said she didnt know how to refund a purchase with a coupon. It blew my mind. The week prior a different employee didn't scan my coupon before she closed the total and before I paid and she said it was too late so I didn't purchase anything. I'm too polite to be rude so both times I left quietly.
