Kuettel's Septic Service, LLC

After my first service, I'm disappointed that I need to continue using this company. I loved the idea of a text line to schedule my service, until the person responding starting demanding that I just leave money out for them. I'm not comfortable paying prior to service completion so I scheduled for a day I would be at home. There was no call ahead, just a gentleman pounding on my door non stop at 9am. I opened the door and he was immediately demanding that I pay him. I tell him I'll give him the check once the service is complete and he seems annoyed but goes to empty the tank. After a few minutes he knocks on my door again and when I opened it he just stood there staring at me not saying a word. When I looked at him confused because he wasn't speaking he said 'I'm not trying to hurt you' which only made me more uncomfortable. At that time he finally told me he was done. Overall, a very poor customer service experience.
