Went here years ago & our poor Bichon had clipper burns that blistered around and on her female parts. Can you imagine the PAIN?? We took the emergency vet bill to them and the owner said we had no proof it was from her shop! We had gone here many many times before and had multiple dogs. They had previously done a great job with the grooming (her daughter did the grooming before) After how poorly she (The owner) handled this - no apology, no offer to re imburse us for the expenses- we will NEVER return. After this experience our pet was always unsure of grooming (she would shiver & tremble when we dropped her off at new grooming places) when up to this point she loved it. The sad thing of all is our poor dog suffered and no accountability. I think it's awful to harm an animal like they did.
