Klinke Cleaners

I brought in a jacket and pair of pants and three days later they returned the jacket only. When I asked about the pants the woman looked around for less than a minute on one rack and wrote my name and number on a piece of paper and said the manager would call me the next day. I didn't get a call by mid-morning so I called and finally spoke to a manager, who promised a call back in a couple of hours. I didn't get a call by the end of the day so I called back and spoke to someone who once again had no idea what I was talking about and just took my name and number with a promise to call back. I also emailed customer service with no reply. UPDATE: I did eventually hear back from the store manage and customer service. They offered to compensate me for the price of the missing pants if they could not find them. Today I got a call that the pants have turned up. Thanks for resolving this issue.
