Had an awesome experience buying through Klein! It was my first car purchase and everything went very smoothly. They genuinely care about making your experience a good one and they never seemed pushy. They were always available to answer any of my questions at any time of day and Ben even followed up a week later to make sure that everything was going well with my car. My son and I went in on Friday, February 24th to look at 2 used cars that I had seen on the Klein's website a few days before, but they were sold before I got there. Matt went above and beyond to help us leave with a car that day, (I wasn't leaving until I had one...lol..) Great service and great people. Last week purchased a 2017 Traverse from Klein Chevrolet. Great experience! Spent lots of time with me test driving vehicles and answering lots of questions. Loved their approach - upfront, honest information without the "sales pitch". They had a well-rounded inventory of several different vehicles I wanted to it made sense to stop there first. Would highly recommend them!
