Gave this establishment 1 star since I can't give 0 stars....or negatives. Went here for a very late lunch and will never be back. Bought a $12 big box meal that didn't even come with a drink. Got the chicken tenders flavored with a Smokey bbq sauce(?). When I received it, the tenders had the flavoring caked, literally caked, on one side, and naked, soaked in grease on the other side. I had to pay extra for that?! My fiance ordered chicken tenders coated in the fiery flavor... With the same result. The grease soaked into the biscuits, making them soggy and inedible. The "buffet" is a bit of a joke. Practically empty, except for the mashed potatoes, which had a "skin" on the top. And the salad bar looked wilted and sad. The flavor coating on my chicken was so strong, I was able to eat one of the three before my mouth was too filled with a smoke taste that physically burned like a hot sauce. When we presented the problem to the one of two associates who worked there, they asked if we wanted another one. No... We don't even really expect our money back because we ate the popcorn chicken, which was good. But while I do enjoy a good friend chicken meal every so often, I will make sure I choose a place that actually serves good fried chicken next time...

Don't know if it is this place or nationwide, not good. Sorry. I love Norm MacDonald....but, no.
