KFC

My son and I went in to get a 10 piece bucket and meal at 2pm and we're told there was no chicken ready and it would be at least 20 mins. 2 other people were waiting​ already. We came back at 3pm and had to wait for several minutes to even be eknowledged. Drive through gal wasn't doing anything and certainly not looking up. One gal seemed to be running the whole show I wish I would've caught her name. Place was dirty and then employees clothes and hats were discuseting. We were only coming in because I had a gift certificate from when we had poor service 2 years ago and I came across the certificate so thought how bad can free be ...well the chicken was so greasy my son couldn't eat it. I removed the crispy skin (not) sat 4 pices of chicken on several paper towels reheated 30 seconds in Microwave took it out and wrang so much grease from chicken it saturated 7 paper towels. The potatoes, coleslaw and biscuits were ok but nothing I'd go back for. Oh and your parking lot has so many pot holes it should embarras you. Did I mention that who I believe was the manager left at 2pm when their was no chicken and said he'd be back at 5. I used to be a hot bar cook and I know the chicken was greasy..do you??
