You know, I've had a couple of funny things happen with this dealership, but overall, I have to say that they are good. I can rely on them to help me when I need it, and they do accurate inspections of my 2008 Honda Fit. They were very helpful when I was having problems with my key. They did once tell me I needed my rotors done, and my mechanic just did the pads and things seem fine. I am not an expert on brakes. Also, I purchased new tires from them. The tires were not installed properly because the technician was not experienced with the stem sensor. The air leaked entirely from one tire. When I called for the repair, the customer service was not the greatest, but the person I spoke with followed up with his manager and they did finally fix the problem to my satisfaction. They also were respectful and kind when I was protesting the bad customer service, and I think they were honest with me about the tire problem after they made the mistake. Also, they sometimes give me a free car wash with an oil change, and sometimes don't.
