Soil with mulch was delivered promptly and efficiently. Unfortunately, it became rocklike in our raised garden bed, small pebbles like the ones along curbs revealed themselves after heavy rain, and despite the addition of lots of manure, most plants were extremely stunted. Even weeds have difficulty growing in this soil.
