I had a hand CPM rental from these guys. The first machine did not turn on they had to get me a different one which took about a week. The second one Deanna from the company set up. Which Blake from the company admitted was completely sized wrong basically my knuckles sat were my wrist should have been as a result my knuckle were tore opening limiting the exercise I could do. I ended up getting charged a full amount for equipment I only used for a few days that increased my injuries due to negligence on Deannas part
