Jackson Hewitt Tax Service

Booked an appointment online. Showed up before scheduled time and waited until they were available. Politely approached the one employee and said that I had an appointment at noon. I was responded to rudely that she already had a client. I rescheduled for an hour later. After an hour I returned to find someone else being helped. I received no call. I wouldn't suggest Jackson Hewitt to anyone. Wasted my time and energy.
