Ihn Company Inc.

I had the Ihn Company out to fix a very minor leak in a length of galvanized pipe we have in our old 1920's Tosa home. Doug was incredibly patient, helpful and courteous, and his workmanship was top notch. Unfortunately, as is the case with old houses with galvanized pipes, the work must have knocked some rust/corrosion loose, which worked its way up and into our shower, causing a significant decrease in pressure. I called the Ihn Company back on a Sunday morning to let them know, and they sent Doug back out the very next day (Monday). He showed up within the promised time window and had the shower working again in under an hour. He was again very friendly and helpful, even answering my questions and explaining all the stuff he was doing. Most surprisingly (and graciously), he charged me nothing for the follow-up work. They must have considered it part of the original job. I am in awe of this!! I will definitely use the Ihn Company again. Our home inspector recommended Jim Ihn and his company, and now that I've used them, I would recommend them to anyone else in need of a plumber. Thank you!!!
