Ids Property Casualty Insurance

Supposed to be filling a claim for us. My wife was promised by Ryan Vannes a quote so that we could get started trying to get our floors back in our house after it flooded. Ryan then went MIA screening my wife's calls days after the quote was promised. I then called him right after she did he picks up and was extremely rude when I asked why he hasn't returned my wife's calls. It has been three weeks after the incident happened and we are no closer to getting everything fixed then we were the day after it happened. I would not be a part of this insurance group or Progressive for that matter, seeing as they subcontract out to this group.
