Randy was very helpful. I told him I decided not to test drive the Eco Sport because it didn't have safety ratings. I wanted to test drive the Ford Escape S but asked if they had it in a light color not white. He let me test drive the White Gold Escape. I had never owned a Ford before but I had friends and a relative that owned the Ford Escape and really liked their Escape. I didn't feel pressured to buy and Randy was very helpful with questions and showing me features of the vehicle. I really liked it after test driving it and the color is great. This my first purchase from a dealership in Hudson and it was a good experience. Brandon was helpful with the rustproofing and undercoating and extended warranty.
