handed in taxes with some information missing. so instead of calling me back and getting the information from me to send out my taxes so i could get them back in 2 - 4 weeks i had to call them asking where is my refund?they tell me someone "DROPPED THE BALL" and that they were very sorry. so i had to drive over there for an appointment on my time because they screwed up. O and they never offered me a discount to make up for their mess up.Seriously How do you not at least call the customer back and request the information. Unprofessional , Unacceptable , and just a plain waste of time . GO ANYWHERE ELS
